Living Epistles Ministries was established by teacher and pastor Sheila R. Vitale in 1988. During her time leading Living Epistles Ministries, Sheila Vitale has authored a number of scriptural translations and books, including "The End Of The Commandment Is Godliness."

Released in paperback format in 2019, the book provides readers with an in-depth analysis of select chapters of the Bible written by the apostle Paul to his disciple, Timothy.

In "The End Of The Commandment Is Godliness," Pastor Vitale’s writings focus on chapters 1, 2, 3 and 6 of Paul's first letter to Timothy. Topics range from the mystery and profitability of godliness to the differences between the spiritual female and the spiritual male. The book also examines, among other things, how one should behave while in the house of God.
