A New York-based ministry, Living Epistles Ministries provides people with educational and religious resources and books about the doctrine of Christ. The ministry donates 15 percent of its income to nonprofit organizations and charities. Rejection can be encountered in many types and forms at all ages and even from birth in some cases. Children are mostly affected by rejection at such a young age because human beings are spiritual, unlike animals, and can feel and recognize when a person wants and loves them and when not.

This type of rejection shapes a person's core personality, as even if a child does not consciously understand it, their soul feels it. It is a more complex rejection than, for example, a romantic rejection as a person is not as intimate with a potential partner as a child is with their parents.
