The lust or love teaching is inspired by the 1974 movie Lennie, which presents the audience with the story of famed comedian Lennie Bruce. The teaching explains how marriage and a love story should not be based on sex itself. The message of the story is that people should find a person that they respect, admire, and trust who reciprocates these feelings. It also reveals that two people will never be on exactly the same page when it comes to their sex life, and that everything in that area, as with everything in marriage or a relationship, is a compromise.

This basically means that people have to accept the other person's boundaries and accept when they say no, as it is only natural to refuse something that you do not want.
