Living Epistles Ministries was founded over 30 years ago, by the Lord Jesus Christ through Shelia Vitale, who originally started the work of the ministry in 1988. Pastor Vitale taught the Doctrine of Christ through Living Epistles Ministries up until about the year 2000, when she started teaching Christ-centered Kabbalah.

Both the Doctrine of Christ and Christ-Centered Kabbalah reveal the spiritual understanding of the Scripture. The teachings of the Doctrine of Christ are gleaned by looking up every Hebrew or Greek word in a particular chapter of Scripture, one verse at a time, to discover all the possible alternate translations. The work is then submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer, who responds with Revelation Knowledge, the goal of all seekers of Truth.

Christ-Centered Kabbalah started out with the study of Lurian Kabbalah, the basic principles of which helped Pastor Vitale understand both the Old and the New Testaments more clearly, but eventually led to internalized Revelation Knowledge through Christ Jesus, the only Mediator between God and man.
