From Galatians: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
All other power and principalities, therefore, are female in relation to Christ Jesus. While men, physically, are the head of the family, they do not hold authority over females by virtue of their sex as the spiritual man, Christ Jesus, is free to manifest through whomever he chooses, be that a physical man or a physical woman. When Christ preaches through a physical woman, that woman becomes spiritually male to the extent that Christ Jesus is revealed through her. So a spiritual woman may wield the authority of any spiritual office as called to do so by Christ Jesus. Physical men and women are consequently due to submit to the spirit of Christ, as it appears.
