Living Epistles Ministry was founded in 1987 by Pastor Sheila Vitale and publishes an assortment of free Christian materials designed to spread biblical teachings and educate the public on a variety of related subjects. In addition to distributing Christian teaching materials, Living Epistles Ministry supports the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). The organization administers several outreach programs that help veterans, such as the Mobile Service Offices (MSOs).

MSOs serve as “offices on wheels” and extend veteran outreach services to underserved communities through a fleet of mobile offices that travel to smaller towns and rural communities across the nation. The mobile offices provide counsel to veterans and their families and deliver educational resources on the benefits and services available to them in exchange for their time in the military. Veterans can receive assistance with developing, filing, and winning claims for benefits under local, state, and federal laws.

The program operates in affiliation with the Department and Chapter Service Officers and the National Service Officers, which aid with claim filing and case building. Veterans and their families can check the DAV website for the annual MSOs schedule to see when a mobile office will visit their area.
