Pastor Sheila Vitale founded Living Epistles Ministries in 1988, based on her experience of a direct call from God to help interpret and spread His Word. In 2000, she established the affiliated Christ-Centered Kabbalah, which focuses on the esoteric Judeo-Christian tradition. Living Epistles Ministries and Christ-Centered Kabbalah, which are headquartered in Selden, New York, publish translations, books, audio, and video designed to educate individuals and other churches.
In a YouTube live stream on August 6, 2017, Pastor Vitale shared a lesson on Ephesians, Chapter 2. Along with her original translations and interpretations of key terms, she commented on the King James translation, and Paul's underlying message of that chapter.
She reiterated Paul's teaching that our spirit and soul are dead because of sin that is revealed through flaws in character that lead us to miss the true meaning of life: a relationship with God. God's antidote to the problem of sin is the excellent moral character of the Shekinah, the favor of God, who is appearing today as the Lord Jesus Christ. Now, many who are lost in sin are called to eternal life through the abundant compassion of the Lord Jesus Christ.
