The Sin Nature And The Carnal Mind
The big question was: if we are born again (from above) like Jesus told Nicodemus, we should not have a sin nature anymore.
Question:
I am ministering to a pastor is living now in Texas. He has a group of people that he is teaching at his house, and we went to visit him last Saturday night. He preached about the Kingdom message, and on Sunday, the next day, I had the opportunity to talk to him about the subject of the sin nature and the carnal mind. The big question was: if we are born again (from above) like Jesus told Nicodemus, we should not have a sin nature anymore. He does believe that hell is not eternal and is really open to learn the Word of God, but he is still very attached to the kingdom message.
Can you clarify this for me?
Answer from Pastor Vitale:
We, the earth man, are not born again. Righteous Adam, who died when his adulterous wife departed from him, was born again in the man, Jesus of Nazarath. Jesus experienced the full salvation of his human spirit (2nd grade of soul) and human soul/personality (first grade of soul) and received the third, fourth and fifth grades of soul from the glorified soul of Messiah which was clothed in the personality of Elijah, as well as a spiritual body.
Jesus, in his glorified state, is capable of spiritual reproduction, and is sending his seed (which is the seed of the 3rd grade of soul, the spiritual, intellectual soul that can understand esoteric doctrine) through his Holy Spirit, just like a human male sperm is delivered to the female in a fluid medium.
Righteous Adam is the Son of God:
Luke 3:38
38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.
KJV
And Jesus is the Son of God:
John 9:35-37
35 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?
36 He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?
37 And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.
KJV
The glorified Jesus Christ is Righteous Adam clothed in Jesus’ personality:
1 Cor 15:45
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
KJV
Rev 1:11
11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
KJV
And now Righteous Adam can be born again in our human vessels also because:
The man, Christ Jesus (manchild):
1 Tim 2:5
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
KJV
Is our new man:
Eph 4:24
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
KJV
And our righteousness:
1 Cor 1:30
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
KJV
God bless you.
