We are going to expound tonight in the book of Romans, Chapter 8. I think I'm going to keep it to Chapter 1 through 18.

Verse 1 - There is therefore, now, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2.- For the law of the Spirit in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3. - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son, in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. 4. - That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5. - For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6. - For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7. - Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8. - So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9. - But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10. - And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11. - But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 12. - Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13. - For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die; but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14. - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15. - For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16. - The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God; 17. - And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. 18. - For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Alleluia.

The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to even be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us. Alleluia.

Verse 1 - There is therefore, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Brethren, there is a big confusion in the church today, about what it means to be in Christ Jesus. When you receive your Dove Pin, brethren, when you receive baptism in the Holy Spirit, that does not put you in Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus is the spiritual, mystical, body of Christ. It is His soul. And when you receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit, when you receive Christ in state, you have received His Spirit, the vehicle, which has the ability to bring forth the soul of Christ in you, your new soul. When you receive the Holy Spirit, brethren, you have not received a new soul. You have received a vehicle that will do the spiritual work that will bring forth the soul of Christ Jesus in you. And when that soul comes forth in you, it wages war against your Adamic soul. And when that happens, if you side with Christ, if you resist the flesh, brethren, if you don't do what it tells you, then you live after the instructions of God. There is now, therefore, no more condemnation to them which are living in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, who do not obey the commands and dictates and the demands of their flesh.

But obey the demands of the Spirit of Almighty God, which dwells in His Christ. Brethren, it's not enough to call yourself a Christian, you've got to live this thing, you've got to resist the evil and do the good. And you cannot obey God if you don't know what His law says. You cannot obey Him, if you don't know what His Word says. So, first you've got to get educated, you've got to read your Bible, you've got to go to the teacher, the Lord has directed you to, and get a working knowledge of what God requires of you. Then you have to start resisting the dictates of your own soul, that conflicts with God's will in your life, and do what God tells you to do. And when you do that, brethren, not just once here or once there, but when that becomes your life style, there is therefore now, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Brethren, you can't go to church and sing and dance, and say, that there is no condemnation in your life. You can't tithe 30% and say, that there is no condemnation in your life. Brethren, you cannot buy this thing. You have to obey the law of God. And, yes, I mean the whole law of God. And the Grace that has been delivered unto you, through Christ Jesus, is the ability to obey that law. You have the hope of Christ appearing in you. Depart from iniquity and be ye Holy as your Father in Heaven, is Holy. The Lord does not expect you to do this overnight, brethren. But, if your heart is right, He will instruct you, as to where to start this overcoming process. Overcoming what? Overcoming the ways that you practice in thought and deed, that are opposed, or that are considered, or declared illegal, by the Word of the Lord.

Verse 2 - For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus - (and I point out again, this is not the Holy Spirit, brethren, this is the soul of Christ, that has been birthed in you). For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus, has made me free from the law of sin and death. The word, law, in Strong's Concordance, we are told, it's a rule or a way of life, a way of behavior, a way of conducting yourself on a regular basis, that produces a particular state. Brethren, when you follow the law of sin and death, when you do what your Satanic mind tells you to do, and that is your life style, the state that is produced, is death. When you crucify the flesh, when you disobey consistently the Satanic mind, and obey Christ, you are following the law of life. For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus, (the power to do this is in Christ Jesus), has made me free from the law of sin and death. The appearance of Christ Jesus in the soul of Paul, making available to him, the Spirit of Life, gave him the opportunity to cease from obeying the Satanic mind, thus denying the law, or the way of life, that is sin and which leads to death.

Brethren, I declare to you, that Paul stated, that he is dead, yet he lives, because Christ lives in him. This man was preaching this, brethren, after the Adamic soul had been tread under the foot of Christ in him. And we have many Christians in the church today, that read this scripture, and they say, that they are free from the law of sin and death. Brethren, you are not free from the law of sin and death, when you sin. You are subject to it. You are walking in it. You are living it, and you are under condemnation. Be not deceived, God is not mocked. You shall reap what you sow. And every sin shall have it's just recompense. However, if your heart is truly turned towards God in repentance, God will lay hold of that sin, He will lay hold of that reaping, he will lay hold of that just recompense, and He will direct it, so that it turns out for your good. But, be not deceived, you shall reap what you sow. Glory to God. Alleluia.

Verse 3 - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son, in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. What a confusing verse. Let's try and find out what it means. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, (brethren, we've had some teachings here about what happened to Adam, when he fell.) Adam was without sin. He had the law that told him what was right and wrong. But the law was too weak to keep him from sinning. He knew what was right and wrong, but Satan, in his flesh, (I rebuke you, in the Name of Jesus, I'm going to say it twice, you're wickedness). Adam, hear me now, had the law, he knew what was right and wrong.

But the law gave him no strength to obey it. And Satan, the intelligence in the earth, seduced Adam. He seduced Adam, (I don't want to confuse you, if you haven't heard any earlier tapes). Adam is the name of the entire living soul. The entire living soul fell, when Eve was seduced. The law is weak, brethren. It tells you what's right or wrong, but it has no strength to help you obey it. Glory to God. For what the law could not do. - (What could the law not do?) It could not keep Adam righteous and it cannot make us righteous. It did not have the strength to stop Adam from falling, and now, we his decedents, who are fallen, it certainly does not have the strength to raise us back up to Holiness and Righteousness again. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, the spiritual life dwelling in the flesh, with that intelligence in it, named Satan, was stronger, in the natural man's desire to obey the law. God sending His own Son, in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sins condemned sin in the flesh. (That's the confusing part.)

Okay, the law could not stop Adam from falling. The law cannot make us righteous, in that, the flesh keeps us weak. What did God do? He sends His own Son, His spiritual Son, in the likeness of sinful flesh, not in the image of sinful flesh. His appearance was as the appearance of all flesh. He looked like a man, but he was not in the image of sinful flesh. Does anybody remember where the image of who we are, appears. Does anybody know where the image appears? The image of who we are, of whose son we are, appears in our mind, brethren. The likeness is our form and our image is that which is engraved upon our soul. God sent His Son in the likeness of flesh. He looked like a man, but the Spirit that was engraved upon His soul, brethren, it was not the spirit of Satan. Alleluia. It was the Spirit of His Father, Almighty God. Be not deceived, brethren, if your soul is not engraved with the Spirit of the Father, it is engraved with the spirit of Satan. Be not deceived, because if you won't admit your condition, there is no help for you.

So the law could not stop Adam from falling, it cannot restore man to righteousness, because there is a weakness in our flesh. That weakness is Satan, the intelligence in the flesh, the unconscious mind of man. So God sent His spiritual Son, He wrapped him in flesh, so that He looked like a man in flesh, that was sin filled. Brethren, do you hear this? God sent His Son in sin filled flesh. His body was not perfect, brethren. Neither was His soul, that He inherited from His mother. The spiritual Son of God, incarnated in a human body and soul, with all of the family line taints, curses and sins that came down through that line. Of course, they were at a minimum, because they were righteous jews, righteous under the law, but they were fallen, brethren. God birthed His Son inside of a natural man, and said to him, - Rule. And in case you haven't heard it yet, that's what He's saying to you. My Son is now in you, - Rule. Glory to God. Alleluia.

So, the law couldn't make us righteous. God sent His spiritual Son in the form of a man that had all of the weaknesses of a fallen man, - sin, filled flesh. And for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh. What do mean, for sin? Brethren, we are sin. Jesus said, I am the Way the Truth and the Life. Man is the lie and the death. We are sin. Natural man is sin. Jesus is the Truth, we are the lie. He is righteousness, we are sin. He is light, we are darkness. Our nature, our state of being is sin, to the point that God calls us, sin. And for sin, He condemn sin in the flesh. For the entire living soul, for the entire human race, God condemned sin, the Satanic unconscious mind of man, that ruled in the flesh. We are sin because we are our father's children. If you are a natural man, the spirit that has engraved your soul is Satan. So, God calls us sin, for sin for the human race. In order to save us, the Lord condemned the ruling spirit in the natural man. Sin in the flesh, otherwise known as Satan, the unconscious mind of the Adamic man. How did He do it, brethren? He sent His spiritual Son, wrapped Him in sin filled flesh and Jesus Christ overcame that flesh.

That's how He condemned sin in the flesh, brethren. He overcame him. He didn't do one thing that Satan told him to do. He resisted him on every turn and He did everything that His Father said, He said everything that His Father said, and He did everything that His Father told him to do. And in that, condemned sin in the flesh. To what? What was He condemned to? What happened to sin in the flesh? Was was He condemned to? He was condemned to serve the Living God, for the life of the ages. Jesus Christ put Satan under foot, in the man of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The Son of God put Satan under foot, in the form of the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He overcame him and He is in the process of doing it in every human being on the face of the earth. Satan is now condemned to a life of servitude to the spiritual man. Glory to God. Alleluia.

Verse 4 - And this is the reason, why God did it. That the righteousness of the law, might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit, the righteousness of the law. This law that has condemned mankind for all these thousands of years. Is it unrighteous? A law, that on occasion, killed babies. A law that kills a man that leaves a wife and many children. A law that brings sickness and disease and pestilence. A law that is no respecter of persons, but brings death at every turn. Is the law unrighteous? God forbid. We are unrighteous and God is just and His law, righteous, and His judgments honorable. We deserve everything we have gotten and we are getting and we shall get, for there is no good thing in us, that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us. God sent His spiritual Son, wrapped in sin filled flesh, so that He could overcome the sin in the flesh, the Satanic unconscious mind, this power that speaks to us, that we can't resist. Jesus Christ is putting him under His feet in your mind so that the righteousness of the law of God should be fulfilled in you, so that you should do everything your Father tells you to do. Think everything He thinks, and say everything that He says, so that no evil word should pass out of your mouth, so that no thought of pride or rebellion or envy should rise up in you, bringing the judgment and the condemnation of death upon you. Glory to God. Alleluia.

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in you, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Brethren, you've got to resist the flesh. Jesus is not going to do everything for you, you must resist, submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he shall flee from you.

I had a blessing of a phone call tonight. A woman that resisted this teaching at every turn, she just wanted God to take her sin away, without having to do anything. She called me up tonight, and she is starting to move in the revelation, that she must start to resist the ungodliness flowing through her very being. That is the beginning of your deliverance, brethren. Glory to God. We must walk, not after the flesh, but after the Spirit of God, to the very best of our ability. And the Lord will join His strength to us, and our life shall be a continual overcoming experience.

Verse 5 - For they that are after the flesh, do mind the things of the flesh, but they that after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Brethren, what's more important to you. You cannot serve God and mammon. God has shown me over these last two years, how many people that He's called, are deceived, that they think that they can have both. You cannot walk after the flesh, you cannot seek after the things of this world. You cannot make the things of this world your priority, and expect to have a life in the Spirit. You cannot expect to be righteous, to have the law of God fulfilled in you, to receive the promises, when your desire for the things of this world are stronger, than your desire for God. If your desire for a career, if your desire for a husband, if your desire for a baby, is greater than your desire for God, you cannot expect to have the promises fulfilled in you.

Now, God may give you these things, but you have to be willing to say, Lord, Your Will, not mine. If You give it to me, fine, and if you don't give it to me, it's fine too. But just over these last couple of years, I've seen so many fall away, because they would not say, Lord, Your Will, not mine. They demanded and insisted on what they thought they had a right to. And, brethren, I'm telling you, if that's the path you are going to follow, you are going to wake up one morning, and find that you have lost the things of the Spirit. And you are going to get everything you lusted for. You are going to get your house, you are going to get your business, you are going to get your social life, you going to get your children's church, for your kids, but you'll find that you have lost the deep things of God. You can't have both, brethren, be not deceived.

Verse 6 - For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. To be carnally minded is death. Now, this may sound confusing to some people. To some people that have the revelation, that when you live a life of the Spirit, sometimes there can be a great absence of peace in your life. This says to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Brethren, to seek the things of this world, is to be separated from God. Death is separation from Jesus Christ. So to have your eyes following after the things of this world, to have your primary concern the things of this world, you are separating yourself from Jesus Christ. But a life of the Spirit, is life and peace.

If you seek after the things of the Spirit, you are going to be constantly in communion with the Lord, constantly praying, constantly seeking Him, and that is life, joining to the Lord Jesus Christ is life. Taking your eyes off of Him, and concentrating on something else is death. And the peace that is spoken about, in this scripture, brethren, is the peace that comes when you are submissive to the Lord Jesus Christ. It's not necessarily the feeling that man calls peace, it's referring to a cessation of the hostility, between you and God, because of your rebellion. And if you continue to submit to God, and be obedient to Him, eventually the day will come and you will have that feeling, called peace. But if you're fighting a spiritual warfare, and you don't have very much peace in your life, and you're confused over this verse, that is your answer, brethren. The peace that's referred to is a military peace, between you and the Lord Jesus Christ, because when you are not obeying Him, brethren, you are His enemy.

He is chastening you. He's whipping you. He's doing whatever He has to do to bring you into obedience and submission to Him. And when you come into obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ and turn your whole life over to Him, it's just a matter of time, until that feeling that you call peace, rules in your life. And there could be a time period that could be significant, between the time that you turn your life over to Jesus and the peace comes. Because, you know you could say, Lord, I will to turn my life over to you, you may not have the power to turn it over. You may want to, but your soul is still engraved with the nature of Satan. It has to be disengraved, it has to be filed down, it has to be smoothed out. Engraving has to go, so that you can be engraved by the Spirit of Almighty God.

Verse 7 - Because the carnal mind is enmity against God. For it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. Brethren, if you lust after the things of this world, if you think with the Adamic mind, you will be separated from God. Why? Because the carnal mind is the enemy of God, I just told you that, I guess I got ahead of myself. If you obey the carnal mind, and pursue the things of this world, you are God's enemy, because the carnal mind, which is the offspring of Satan and your human spirit, it's your personality, he is the enemy of Almighty God. And if you obey him and if you agree with him, and live the life that he has outlined for you, that makes you God's enemy. Even if you wear a dove pin. Even if you have the Holy Spirit, even if you speak in tongues and even if you dance and sing and go to your church three times a week. I'm sorry, but I'm telling you the truth.

You have to be willing to lose everything. Maybe God will take whatever it is that's your idol in your life, maybe God will take it, and maybe He won't. But brethren, if you are going around thinking and telling people that you are a servant of God, it's just count down time, until you're tested. And God's going right for the thing that's most important in your life, and He's going to say, will you give it up. And then you'll find out, brethren, who you are serving. And if you are serving the carnal mind, if you won't give it up, you are God's enemy. And death is ruling and reigning in your life. Separation from Almighty God, is ruling and reigning in your life. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God, for it, the carnal mind, is not subject to the law of God, neither can be. Do you hear this? The carnal mind is not capable of obeying Almighty God. And you know we've touched on this a few times in these meetings. This is very interesting, brethren, this point. We've talked about the fact that pride, which is the Christian's No. 1 enemy, is necessary for the natural man to survive in this world that we live in, with other human beings, in the condition that they are in.

We need pride to survive, we need a strong ego to survive, we need to stand up against the powers and principalities coming against us and people trying to eat our flesh and saying, no, you can't do that to me. I won't let you, I'll fight you every step of the way. I'm okay, you are not going to put me down, I'm just as smart as you are, I'm just as good as you are, I'm just as wise as you are, I could do it just as well as you can. We need that in this world and when we find people in this world that don't have a strong ego, that don't feel that way about themselves, they are devastated. They are alcoholics, they are drug attics, they are sexually promiscuous or they're in mental institutions, because the witchcraft and the mind control, falling through men, in this realm, has eaten them alive. But when you come to Christ, brethren, you can't think the same way. You can't defend yourself against God. You can't defend yourself against other men. God is your help. You have to start living by a whole new set of rules, that totally contradict the rules of survival in this world system. The carnal mind is not subject to the law of God and cannot be.

The carnal mind is programmed to make you, or help you to survive in this world system. And the only way you are going to enter into the Kingdom, is by utterly denying this carnal mind. It needs to be killed. It needs to be crucified. It will keep you away from God, and out of the Kingdom. It had a function for a season and that season is over. And it must be destroyed, because it's not going to withdraw of it's own accord. The placenta that hold the baby in your womb, had a function for a season. When the baby is born, it no longer has a function and it must be discarded. When you are a baby, breast milk has a function in your life, or if you're the mother, your body is producing breast milk, it has a function, you have an infant. When that infant grows to a certain age, there is no longer a need for that breast milk and your body will stop producing it. Brethren, the time of the carnal mind is at an end. It's function is over. It is time to enter into the mind of Christ and the carnal mind must be destroyed.

Verse 8 - So they that are in the flesh cannot please God. Brethren, if you're in the flesh, if you're living out of your carnal mind, you are an enemy of God and you are incapable of keeping the law of God. Therefore, it is impossible for you to please God. Brethren, this goes for your whole life, and it goes into the religious community. All of these churches, with their systems and their structure and their formats, you cannot please God. The Lord wants His Spirit to move unhindered in your services. In the average Christian or the average church today or the average Pastor today, when that Spirit starts to move, they cannot even recognize it and they put it down. They put it down and they throw it out of their church. Why? Because it's not doing what they would have expected it to do. It's doing something else, it's breaking every single one of their rules. They do everything they can to throw it out of the church and then they want to know why the Lord isn't in the church anymore. What happened to the people, what happened to the anointing? You rejected him, brother, and he left. That's what happened to it.

Verse 9 - But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Brethren, the Spirit of God is in His Christ. This does not say the Holy Spirit dwell in you. It's says that the Spirit of God dwell in you. The Spirit of God is in His Christ. You've got to birth Christ, brethren. That Spirit that was in the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, it has to be formed in you. Glory to God. But ye are not in the flesh, you're not living out of your Adamic soul, but you are living out of the Spirit, out of the soul of Christ, if that so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now, if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, that doesn't say the Holy Spirit, brethren. Look at it. Now, if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His. Brethren, do you hear that? If you don't have the Spirit of Christ, you're none of His. It doesn't say the Holy Spirit. You've got to birth Christ. If all you have is the Holy Spirit, you are a carnal man, and I condemn you not. You are blessed, you have the vehicle to bring forth Christ. But you have not arrived, brethren. You have not arrived. Christ must be formed in you.

Verse 10 - And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin. But the Spirit is life, because of righteousness. And if Christ be formed in you, your body is dead. Why? Because it's filled with sin. But the Spirit is life, because of righteousness. If you have the Spirit of Christ, brethren, if Christ has been formed in you, you have life. That life is not in your body. The life is in your Spirit. Now that life can minister to your body. It can bring forth healing and it can bring forth deliverance from your body. But at this stage of your spiritual development, you can have life without that life being in your body. And God only knows, I'm a living walking example of this right now. I have the life of Christ, I'm preaching the Gospel of Christ and my body is death, sickness, disease and weakness and a torment unto me on a regular basis.

The life that has been formed and emerged forth in my Spirit is not in my body, brethren. Me and everyone else today, to the best of my knowledge, is in this in-between interim stage. We are being converted into spiritual men and we are told, a little further down in this very chapter, that our body groans for the adoption, for the hour that this life that's in our Spirit, will be extended unto the outer realms of our flesh. But it's not there now. Be very careful brethren, that you don't judge somebody's spirituality by the condition of their body. You judge somebody's spirituality by their behavior, by their words, and by their heart. Christ has not yet vibrated forth to the outer realms, brethren, to the best of my knowledge, except Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Alleluia.

Verse 11 - But, even though there's death in your body, if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead, dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead, shall also quicken your mortal bodies. There's a promise, brethren, there's a promise, your body is death, even though your Spirit is life, but, the Spirit of the one that raised up Jesus, the man Jesus Christ of Nazareth, from the dead. If that Spirit is in you, and that Spirit, brethren, is the Spirit of the Father, and the Father, brethren, is in His Christ, if Christ has been formed in you, brethren, if your Spirit is alive, because Christ has been formed in you, but your body is still dead, take heart. Glory to God. For if that Spirit dwells in you, it's just a matter of time, that He shall quicken your mortal bodies.

Now check the play of words here. If the Spirit of Him, that's the Spirit of the Father, that raised up Jesus, the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, from the dead, dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead, shall also quicken your mortal bodies. He raised up the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that's His body, and He raised up Christ, He raised up His soul. Now I ask you to remember other teachings in this ministry, it's very common in the scripture, for the order in which the events appear in the scripture, to be backwards, from the way we would expect them to be. It says, Jesus the man, His body was raised from the dead first, and then Jesus, His soul, was raised, second. Jesus Christ of Nazareth, by the Spirit of the Father, that dwells in Him, by the Spirit of God, that was injected into Him at birth, raised Christ from the dead, in the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He raised His soul from the dead. Jesus Christ of Nazareth was in a body that had inherited a soul from His mother's lines.

The soul of a natural man and that soul was raised from the dead by the Spirit that dwells in the man, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. That was the raising of Christ from the dead. And that, however many years later it was, Jesus the man, His body, was raised from the dead, after the crucifixion on the cross. And now that Spirit, that Christ, that was raised from the dead, and that is now joined to that body, that is one total personality, that is now sprinkling out upon all mankind, if He's sprinkled on you, and if He's fallen on your heart, and if He's been formed in you, brethren, that Spirit that's in Him, that Spirit of the Father, He too, shall quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Brethren, you're not going to get your body adopted by someone laying hands on you. The adoption of your body is coming from Christ that's dwelling in you. He's got to get inside of you. Now a few years ago, I was in contact with a few ministries, that were preaching, that we should no longer be laying hands on people. I had a tape from a man, from one of the Carolina's, I definitely acknowledge him as a man of God. I heard him on the tape, he says, now the Spirit of God is moving through this service and you don't have to have anyone laying hands on you. Christ is healing you right where you are sitting. Well, brethren, that's probably true. You have a mature congregation. Now probably Christ is formed in all of them and He vibrated forth and He's healing them.

But what about the street urchin, that just walked in, that does not have Christ formed in him. Brethren, that man needs hands laid on him. It's the same problem, I was listening to one of my old tapes the other day, the same problem that had occurred with the ministry that went from deliverance to the Kingdom. As soon as God raises you up, you forget about the people that aren't where you are. Maybe you don't need someone to lay hands on you, because Christ has been formed in you, and the Spirit of the Father is rising up within you and healing you. But there are people in the church that have not had Christ formed in them. And to them, the scripture says, "are you sick, go to the elders, and have them anoint you with oil. You think the scriptures contradict themselves. No, brethren, there are different categories of people in the church. Alleluia. I adjure you not to deny the laying on of hands to the weak, that have not yet been strengthened. And even to those that have had Christ formed in them, that do not have the faith to believe it, lay hands on them, brethren. Have mercy on your brother that's sick, and the love that he needs. Don't force maturity on him, brother.

Look at our natural world as an example. Children that have adulthood forced on them, before their time, are not well adjusted in their minds. If there is sickness in the family, if the parents are not able, if the mother is sick, and she can't take care of the other children, there have been all kinds of studies done on young women that have been forced to take over the mother role. Young men that have been forced to take over the father role. They are not well adjusted in their minds, brethren, because they have been denied their childhood. They're against the brethren of Jesus Christ. Be careful, brethren, that your pride destroy you not. Glory to God. Alleluia. So if you have Christ formed in you, and you're suffering in your body, have faith, brethren, because the Lord has promised that in due season, your mortal body shall be quickened and raised from the dead, along with the Christ in you, even your own soul.

Verse 12 - Therefore, brethren, we are debtors not to the flesh, to live after the flesh, brethren, you don't owe your Adamic soul, anything. You don't owe him anything, brethren, neither do you owe Satan anything. We are not debited to the flesh, there is no obligation. We do not owe Satan, because he has given us life. We have a new Savior, there is a new power base in the earth. The source of our life is Christ. How can anybody owe Satan anything. Brethren, if you are a natural man without Christ, you owe Satan. Why do you owe him? Because if it wasn't for him, you would not have existence. He, therefore comes to you and exacts his taxes from you. And what is it that he requires of you, that you do what he tells you, so that he can manifest through your body and through your mind and through your words. He wants to manifest through your body and your soul. And if he is the source that is giving you existence, if he is the power base that has caused you to incarnate, you either obey him and use your body for what he would have you use it for, or use your mind and your mouth for what he would have you use it for, or what, you die. But brethren, we are debtors unto the flesh. We no longer owe Satan anything. We are now incarnated and exist and live because of the expressed will of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is sustaining us from His soul within our very being.

Verse 13 - For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die. But if, ye, through the Spirit, do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Brethren, if you live after the flesh, even though, (now I'm not contradicting myself, I just said a minute ago, that if you don't do what he tells you, you will die, you will die early, but if you do everything that he tells you, brethren, you are still going to die. Satan has the authority to incarnate you and he has the authority to keep you here, for 30 or 40 or 50 years. He does not have the authority to give you the life of the ages, and in due season, you shall die.

But if you live after the Spirit, brethren, if you live after the Spirit and through the power of that Spirit, you mortify the deeds of your body, you shall live. That's real simple, that's not confusing. All that it means is, kill the deeds of your body, and I declare to you brethren, I really honestly don't know why Paul phrased it this way, but there is not a doubt in my mind, that he's including the deeds of your soul, in this phrase. It's true that we are not to fornicate, and it's true that we are not to commit adultery, but brethren, that's not the end of it. You're not righteous, if you've given up fornication or adultery. You should give it up, it's a good thing, but that's not the end of it, brethren. Neither is it the end of it, if you never cheat your brother. I had someone say to me, not too long ago, I had an opportunity to give her a commuter ticket, that I wasn't using, and she got all upset over it, because some commuter tickets say, that they are not transferable.

This one did not say it was not transferable, and I wasn't using it, and she really needed money, and I said, here, take the commuter ticket, save $18.00, and she wouldn't take it. Brethren, we can't get hung up on religious works, like this. This means fornication and adultery, it means not cheating your brother and it means, not sinning in your mind. It means not having pride. It means not rebelling against God. Don't get hung up on a religious work. Don't think you are righteous, because you won't take an $18.00 commuter ticket. Sin in your mind must be mortified. The flesh, not only of your body, but of your mind, because, brethren, when you mortify the sin in your mind, then your body won't be sinning anymore. How do you mortify the deeds of your body? You have to stop thinking the thoughts that's telling your body what to do. That's torment to think the thoughts and then stop your body from doing it. Jesus did not want you tormented. The thoughts must be mortified that cause your body to perform the sin. And don't forget that the tongue is a part of your body. And we know all about the tongue from brother, James. How wicked it is, and how it can murder and destroy. Glory to God.

But if ye, through the Spirit, by the power of the Spirit of Christ, that's dwelling in you, do mortify the deeds in your body, you have to resist, brethren, you shall live. Don't do what Satan tells you. Every time an ungodly thought rises up in your mind, rebuke him. Tell him, we have the riot act, tell him that, that's against the law of God to envy your brother, to conspire to take something that's not yours. Deny him, rebuke him and repress him, and Christ shall be glorified in you and you shall live.

I had an interesting experience the other day at work. I came into work and my boss was very angry at me and I guess I did make a mistake, but it was a very understandable mistake. It was my first day on the job, he had not made it clear to me what he wanted me to do. And I made an error, it was not a terrible error, it was very easily corrected, but this man was a nervous man, and he had clients in the office and he yelled at me. And, thank God, I didn't say anything back to him.

I just told him that I did what I thought he wanted me to do and that was why I did it. And we corrected it and I went before the Lord and I was upset. I was upset that the man had yelled at me. In my opinion, he was totally wrong, he did not give me clear instructions and I felt ungodliness manifesting in me. I felt pride manifesting in me, that wanted to rise up against him and smack him down. And I resisted it, you see, I did not speak it and because I was resisting it, I was very uncomfortable. I was upset, there was no peace in my soul, and I went before the Lord, and I said, Lord, I don't want to feel this way, he's my employer and I know that I am to submit to him, even if he is wrong. And I reject this feeling in my soul, and I said, Lord, rather than that you should be disgraced, that a son of yours should manifest this ungodliness, I would rather be victimized.

This is my prayer to the Lord, a hundred times over, I would choose to be victimized or crucified, rather than you should be disgraced by the fact that a vessel that you are dwelling in, should reveal wickedness, because they were not treated fairly. And while the prayer was still coming out of my mouth, God started speaking to me, about Lot, when he had taken the angels into his house and the men were beating on the door, because they wanted to have homosexual relationships with these angels. And Lot said to them, don't do this wickedness, take my daughter, who has never known a man.

And I want to tell you brethren that, that scripture has always upset me. And I know a lot of people in the world take it as a scripture that puts women down. But brethren, those of us that are spiritual, know that everything in that Bible has a spiritual significance and God gave me revelation on that scripture. And He said to me that Lot had a revelation, that it is so wicked for the spiritual man to sin. Now, I was sinning, you see, if my spiritual man did not rise up and take the victory over my soul, my spiritual man would have been dragged down to a position of female.

And God said to me, in his Kingdom, in his mind, it is so wicked for the man, to be brought down to a spiritual position of female, that Lot, a Godly righteous man, was willing to turn his daughter over, rather than these angels should be defiled. And God just gave me an understanding of it, that gave me a peace. The Lord said to me, the Lord didn't let them take his daughter. I never thought of that before. In other words, what I'm trying to say to you, is Lot said the righteous thing. He said, brethren, don't do this wickedness to the spiritual men. Take my daughter, I'm willing to sacrifice my daughter to you, that this wickedness should not occur to God's angels. He did it in his heart and God didn't let them take his daughter. It never happened. I never looked at that scripture that way before. And God said to me, what you just said, what your prayer just said to me, is the same thing.

That rather than have the Christ that's dwelling in me, be disgraced by my soul manifesting this wickedness, I would choose to be crucified. And you know by the time the Lord finished talking to me, the manifestation was gone. And I was no longer rebellious and prideful towards, what this man had done to me. And there was peace in my soul. God gave me the victory. Alleluia. Glory to God. And you know there are different degrees of sin. When I first came to the church, I heard it preached, sin is sin, and this an obvious response to the teaching of the Catholic Church, that there are mortal and venal sins.

Well, I don't know about mortal and venal sins, I don't really know that much about Catholicism, but it's not true that sin is sin. There are varying degrees of sin, brethren. Jesus clearly stated that the stripes that you receive, would be directly related to the degree of the sin. And God told me, that letting your spiritual man be tread under foot, (and how do you tread your spiritual man under foot? You give free license to your soul, to do whatever she wants. My soul was ruling, I had been lifted up in pride against my employer, and my soul was out of order.

And I had a choice to agree with her and let it rip or to cry out to the Christ within me, and say, be my spiritual man. And if I had yielded to my soul, the result would have been that the Christ in me would have been brought down to a female position, and tread under foot of the Adamic soul, and he would have been shamed. And this is such an abomination in the eyes of God, homosexuality, spiritual or otherwise, is such an abomination to the mind of God, that he would rather have seen my soul crucified, than that should happen to the Christ in me. If you can hear it, may it be quickened unto you. Glory to God.

Verse 14 - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the Sons of God. Brethren, if you yield to your flesh, don't you call yourself a son, because you're not. You want to be a Son of God, you must obey the mind of Christ in you, no matter what the cost to you. No matter what the pain, no matter what the loss of your family, of your finances, of your job, of your life. If you want to be a Son of God, you must follow after the Spirit of God, and be not deceived, brethren, there shall be loss. If you choose to follow Christ, there shall be loss. Be not deceived. This is no walk, down honey lane. Glory to God.

Verse 15 - For ye have not received the spirit of bondage, again to fear, but ye have received the Spirit of Adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father. We have not received a spirit that will put us in bondage, through fear, to the natural man or even to Christ. We have not received the spirit that is putting us in bondage or causing us fear, brethren. We have received a Spirit that is adopting us, that is giving us entrance into the family of God in Heaven, unto eternal life, whereby we can call the Spirit of God, our Father. Follow after the Spirit of God, brother, and be a Son. That Spirit is not putting you in bondage. And brethren, there are lots of Christians out there, they think that following Christ is bondage. They don't want to give up the things they love. They call it going into bondage. I've heard people say it to me. Look at that bondage that you are in. Look at the life you live. You don't do this and you don't do that. Look at that religious bondage you are in. Brethren, I'm freer than you are. I can do it or not do it. You don't have the strength to not do it. You must do it. Glory to God. Alleluia.

Verse 16 - The Spirit itself beareth witness to our Spirit, that we are the children of God. The Spirit of Christ in us, agrees with, or bears witness to our human spirit, that we are the children of God. When your human spirit responds to the Spirit of God, that is the proof that you are a Son of God. What does that mean? Just look back at the testimony, I just gave you. My soul was sinning. What part of me cried out to the Christ in me, and said, I don't want my soul to sin? It was my human spirit, brethren. That was my human spirit, that which was of God or is of God from the beginning, that which is the part of the Son of God, that was joined to the intelligence in the earth from the beginning. She's the one that's crying out, and saying, I choose not to sin, but I have not the strength. And the Spirit of Christ joins with me, bearing witness that I am a Son and gives me the victory over the sin. My human spirit is in agreement or was in agreement with the Spirit of Christ. And the sin, the uprising, the rebellion was put down. But if I had a spirit, brethren, that was not actively Christ, I would have never cried out. I can't get into that subject now, it's just too deep. Some people have human spirits that are barren, they cannot reach out for God. And this is how we tell who has a human spirit that has the life of Christ in it, that is fertile, it has the pulsating, vibrating life of Christ in it.

This is how we tell when the temptation comes, brethren, if our human spirit cries out to God to help us to be righteous, we know that we are fertile and that the life of Christ is pulsating through us. If we are barren, brethren, we will not cry out, and the sin will be completed and accomplished. This is how you tell a Son. Are they resisting sin or are they not. And I regret to tell you brethren, I know so few believers that are resisting sin, that it causes me great grief and distress. Brethren, we have to wage war against the sin that rises up in our own soul. If you are living this life, that is a sign that you are a Son. If you're hearing this tape and you are not living this life, tell God, you want to start living this life. Because I have a flash for you brethren, even if you're barren, God has the power to bring forth fruit in you. But you've got to want it and you've got to cry out for it and don't give up if it doesn't come in the first two months. You've got to be like Hannah, crying and wailing before God, asking for that baby.

The baby typifying Christ. Glory to God. So, how do we tell who is the Son of God? Those that are waging war against what? Waging war against their own soul, those who are fighting against the thoughts in their mind, that will cause them to sin, crying out to the Christ within them, to help them to overcome. That's the sign that you are a Son of God. That's the sign that you are a true Christian. There are a lot of bastard sons out there, brethren. They're dancing in the Spirit, they speak in tongues, but they're not Sons. They are bastards. Glory to God.

Verse 17 - And if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if so be, that we suffer with him, that we may be glorified together. Okay, brethren, if you are crying out to Jesus for righteousness, that shows that you are a child of God. And if you are a child, then you are an heir. Heir to what? To the entire realm of God's Spirit, brethren. You are an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ to the realm of God's Spirit. Everlasting provision, peace, deliverance from the warfare of keeping your soul under foot. Preservation with total protection through the Spirit of God. Alleluia. If so be that we suffer with him. Brethren, if you are going to fight this warfare, you are going to suffer. I'm not going to lie to you. This is no Sunday School picnic. This is war. And if you want to inherit the Kingdom, I'm sorry if I'm shocking you, but Jesus is not coming one day and rapturing you out of here, in your sinful condition, without you doing anything, taking you away to your mansion and gold paved streets. It's a lie. If you want to inherit the Kingdom, you must wage the warfare. And if you wage the warfare, you shall suffer. Why shall you suffer? Because Satan is not giving up, without a fight. And he tells you to do something and you refuse to obey, he will punish you. And it will manifest differently in every bodies life. I am sick almost continuously.

I have been tormented in my mind for years. This last six months, I have finally, by the Grace of God, entered into a place where I have a real measure of peace in my mind for long periods of time. But for years, even after the Lord called me, I was tormented in my mind continuously, and I'm still tormented in my body. You're not entering into the Kingdom without suffering brother, because Satan does not want to let you go. And he has the authority to punish you. But if you are willing to suffer with him, and why does Paul say this? Because, do you know a lot of Christians are not willing to suffer. They get right up to that verse, they're willing to even wage the warfare, they're willing to do it, but then they find out that they have to suffer, and they turn away. They won't bear the suffering. So, if you want to inherit the Kingdom, if you want to be an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ, brethren, we must suffer with Christ. We must suffer, so that we may be glorified with Him.

Verse 18 - For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Paul says, that no matter how bad you're sufferings are in this life, they're not even worthy to be spoken about in a comparison with the glory that is about to descend upon you. And I want to thank God for this message tonight, brethren, because when I asked Him what to preach on, I didn't realize what He had done, when He gave me this message. I have just come out of eight days of being very ill, and I was very depressed all day. And I didn't realize it, until about ten minutes ago, that God gave me this message as a personal word to me, that if His Spirit dwells in me, He shall quicken my mortal body. Now I just want to thank Him for His mercy on me and I want to thank Him for that promise. And I declare to you, that this suffering that I go through, is not even worthy to be compared to what He is about to pour out upon me. Glory to God. Any questions on tonight's message, comments, testimonies?
