Subject: Q & A - Bride of Christ vs. Body of Christ

Dear Pastor Vitale,

What is the difference between the Bride of Christ and the Body of Christ.

Mary

Dear Mary,

The Bride of Christ is the holy Jerusalem coming down from heaven.

Rev 21:2

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  KJV

This is Christ Jesus. He is given from above. He is added to us. He is the city that God will marry.

The body of Christ is the resurrected or reborn Christ seed that humans are born with in the many members of the Israel of God
