Dear "Living"

I was looking for a few study resources on the internet and came across your web page. I really only have one question.. how could you so radically change the word of God and still call it a translation of the Bible?

PASTOR SHEILA: The King James translation, as well as all its children translations, are just that: subjective translations of the Hebrew and Greek text. There are many errors in these translations, as well as many wrong interpretations, inasmuch as many of the Hebrew and Greek words are symbols of spiritual truth and need to be interpreted.

It incredibly obvious that you are into what is known as the "New Age" way of thinking, and that you felt the need to put something down on paper and label it the "bible" to help support your views on who God is.

PASTOR SHEILA: My need is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ as He directs me. I need nothing to support my "views" which are not views at all, but the spiritual understanding of the Hebrew and Greek text, as perceived by the Spirit of Revelation which is given to me by Christ Jesus.

For example, your "translation" of John 1:1, God the creator of heaven and earth isn't just "the God"

PASTOR SHEILA: The term "the God" as opposed to "God" differentiates between Jehovah and all the other gods. It means that Jehovah is the greatest of all the gods. One of my greatest regrets is that I do not have more time to footnote my work.

You have misunderstood what I am saying and condemned my work without adequately praying it through. Have you asked the Lord Jesus if this work is of Him, or have you assumed that it is not, because it sounds foreign to you? And if you have asked Him, how long have you waited for His answer? Or are you so sure that you have the answers, that you don't need to wait for His response? And if so, why did you pray and ask in the first place?

and Jesus wasn't a "thought". Jesus "was and is and is to come" the "Alpha and Omega" how could a "thought" be also described as such if He weren't a real tangible entity?

PASTOR SHEILA: Jehovah's thoughts are real tangible entities. Jehovah spoke the creation into existence, and He thought about it before He spoke it. Confusion arises when one thinks of "thought" as mortal man "thinks." This is the sin of pride, because only a fallen mind, which is our sin nature, could think of Jehovah's thoughts in the same context as one's own.

Jesus was Jehovah's thought at the beginning [Alpha] and that thought is the fullness of Jehovah's creation at the end [Omega].

Luke 2:40

40 And the child GREW, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. (KJV)

All truth is in the mind of Christ. Paul says we have the mind of Christ, but the question is, how often do we use it? To "access" the mind of Christ, we must begin by confessing that neither we, nor any of the teachers in the Church today, know all that there is to know, and begin praying to Jesus Christ for the Spirit of Truth. The Holy Spirit is not the Spirit of Truth. The Spirit of Truth is in Christ which is not a free gift, but must be formed in you (Gal. 4:19).

I was very disappointed in your "Translations" to say the least. I wouldn't even go so far as to call what you have written God's word.

PASTOR SHEILA: I am sorry that I have disappointed you, but you must be realistic: You entered our web page at your own choice, no one coerced you. Why would you be "disappointed" to find an opinion different than yours, other than perhaps your carnal mind could not relate the anticipation placed in your heart from the Holy Spirit who led you here, to what you read. If, in fact the Holy Spirit did lead you here, perhaps you should be praying to Jesus for an explanation, rather than praying to change me.

But, you are totally free in the nation we live in to express your views! And I in no way would deny you that right!

PASTOR SHEILA: This attitude says a lot for you. It says that you are outraged, but trying not to be condemning or punitive. However, according to what you say further on about praying for me, indicates that your true desire is to deny me my right to my own view, and force me into agreement with yourself through prayer. Such a spirit of WITCHCRAFT CONTROL is prevalent in the Church but, nevertheless, SIN.

But I would ask, pick up a Bible, like a NIV or KJV,

PASTOR SHEILA: I have been reading the King James Translation for 20 years.

I admit that these were translated by mere men, but I also acknowledge that God was directly guiding some of those men!

PASTOR SHEILA: I don't doubt that He was, but today God is doing a "new thing," as He has promised us:

Isa 43:19

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (KJV)

I know that the REAL Bible has power,

PASTOR SHEILA: The "real Bible" is the spiritual understanding of the Scripture. The King James and associated translations are designed to bring unspiritual people to spirituality. The spiritual understanding of the Scripture raises believers from the dead.

1 Cor 2:15-16

15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (KJV)

and that if you truly open your heart, God will speak to you, I will be praying for you, and asking Jesus to show you His Light, and His Glory, through His word.

PASTOR SHEILA: Praying YOUR WILL for someone is called "psychic prayer." In the event that your will does not line up with God's will, even though your pride thinks that it does, your prayers are rejected by God and received by Satan, who wastes no time in trying to bring them to pass.

Now should the person you are praying for be truly in Christ, even though you, in your immaturity, cannot perceive it, Satan's works, which originated as your prayer, are returned to you, the sender, by the angel of the Lord defending the person who is truly in Christ.

Prov 25:22

22 For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee. (KJV)

This is the righteous judgment of the Lord, which, hopefully, will result in your crying out to Him, at which time He will [hopefully] penetrate the pride of your own mind, and convince you not to pray psychic prayers, as well as other truths.

Obad 1:3

3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? (KJV)

God Bless,

PASTOR SHEILA: Thank you for your blessings. I bless you also, and pray that the Spirit of Truth should prevail over the Lie, wherever the Lie is appearing.

Acts 5:34-39

34 Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space;

35 And said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what ye intend to do as touching these men.

36 For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought.

37 After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.

38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:

39 But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God. (KJV)

1 Cor 11:19

19 For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you. (KJV)
