Pastor Vitale,
In one of the tapes we listened to recently, you described what a window is, and I have forgotten exactly what you said. The reason I ask is that some years ago, the Lord spoke to me and said, "I want you to be a window." I know a window is an opening that lets the light in and also at night the light shines out, but I need to know if possible what the Lord means by wanting me to be a window. If He wants me to be a window, then I want to be a window. I tried to find the tape to listen to it again, but I had already given a bunch of them to XXX to send back to you. Thanks.

Pastor Vitale's response:
A window is an opening that connects 2 worlds. The window, plus the world on each side of it are, collectively, a” spiritual wormhole”: two vastly distant worlds connected by an opening which is formed by the “bending or overlapping” of space-time. Wormholes are unstable because the constant movement of space-time creates and closes openings between worlds continuously.
BUT THERE IS AN OPENING THAT CAN NEVER BE CLOSED:
Rev 3:8
8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. KJV
Please note that the Greek word translated “door,” merely means “opening” or “portal.”
Another, more familiar word that describes what I have said above is “mediator.”
1 Tim 2:5
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; KJV
In view of all of the above, I would say that the Lord is telling you that you be a mortal person who “carries” Christ Jesus, the ONLY opening/window that connects this fallen world to the only true source of life.
God bless you,
